Note: Orders containing more than one item will be assigned a separate processing time for each item.

Prior to shipment Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the items you purchased. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery time ranges between 3-7 days.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we are unable to fully manage it due to the fact that many parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. The stock can change at any moment. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when the order is placed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.

You can only return a product when it's unopened and in the same condition as when you first received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
